Our recipe uses premium jumbo lump crab meat, same crab cakes that you will get while Dining at our restaurant, but now available to ship and to have at your dinner table.


Cooking Instructions: Crab cakes arrive uncooked and must be thoroughly heated.  Remove them from shipping box and place plastic container with the Crab Cakes inside refrigerator to thaw prior to cooking.
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place crab cakes on baking sheet and top with butter.  Bake Crab Cakes (approx. 15-20 minutes for 3 1/2 ounce crab cakes). For crispier crab cakes, finish by broiling to desired color.
Deep Fry: Preheat deep fryer. Take crab cakes and coat entire crab cake into Japanese Panko Crumbs (bag enclosed in shipping box)  Deep fry Crab Cakes (approx. 5 minutes for 3 1/2 ounce crab cakes). For crispier crab cakes, finish by frying to desired color.


Crab Meat Jumbo Lump, Mayonnaise, Bread Crumbs, Egg Whole Liquid, Worcestershire Sauce, Ground Mustard.
